Step-3: Confirm Email and Log in to Mailchimp. If you have just created account you need to activate your account from your email. Then login to Mailchimp.
Step-4: If you are new you may ask for Security Information. You can set or skip. You will be asked about two things. One is phone verification. In this case Mailchimp will send a code to your mobile phone to verify your number. Another is to set a security question. When you will try to login in further time you will be asked this question for security.
Step-5: Click on Audience from your dashboard.
Step-6: Click on Inbox.
Step-7: Fill the Form and Create Inbox. If you have an existing inbox you will see theme here. With free account you can just create one inbox. To create multiple inbox you need to purchase.
Create Mailchimp Contact Form
From your inbox you can create a contact form. Inbox is to view and reply messages and contact form is for receiving message. To create a contact form in mailchimp follow the steps bellow.
Step-1: Go to Mailchimp Dashboard.
Step-2: Click on Audience from your dashboard.
Step-3: Click on Inbox.
Step-4: Click on Manage. This will appear just below the page title and just right the inbox word.
Step-5: Below Contact Form Click Add. You will find many forms here. Click add after Contact form to add a contact form.
Step-6: Edit Your Form. After clicking add a form will be appeared on the screen. You can customize the form as you want. Click on Next and Save Your Form. Mailchimp will give you a option to add a tag. Add a Tag to group your messages. You can skip this for universal integration.
Step-9: Click on Next and Publish Form. After publishing your form an URL will be appeared. copy the link for further need.
